Ontology studies a person’s ways of being in the world. Humans have access to a wide variety to different ways of being; confident, shy, polite, angry, mindful… Ontology looks at how your beingness, your language, and your perception of the world, all shape your actions and contribute to your results. By shifting your way of being and discovering how you identify with yourself and with the world, doors may open that you never expected.

How Does Coaching Work?

Schedule a free Breakthrough Session where we will explore your purpose in hiring a professional coach and what possibilities coaching holds for you. Click here to schedule.

After the Breakthrough Session, we will decide if we want to create a formal coaching agreement. If we agree to move forward, we will schedule your first session.

We will start with one coaching session per week, plus added text support for accountability. You have the option to meet with me in person, by phone or zoom.

We will also design a coaching plan that outlines your purpose and intended outcomes during our agreed number of sessions.

Additional 15 minute or less groundings or immediate support calls are included.
