Trying to be in control is a slippery slope. Often it leads to "future tripping" and not being present. It also requires trust to let go of control, so being in a controlling state can be a reminder we need to step into trust and return to the moment.
On March 29th, I provided a review of the Transformational distinctions of Change-Create and the Victim-Accountable-Responsible lectures as taught by one of my mentors, Dr. Ray Blanchard. The audience was lively and engaged while the 90 minute session served as a great refresher to the participants for these important ideas and approaches to having effective, creative and empowered lives.
