I’m Rob Israel, a leader in the transformational movement and an ICF certified coach, and I’ve combined ontological coaching with a transformation model of experiential learning, to create a unique and effective coaching experience.
Ontology studies a person’s ways of being in the world. Humans have access to a wide variety of different ways of being; confident, shy, polite, angry, mindful… Ontology looks at how your beingness, your language, and your perception of the world, all shape your actions and contribute to your results. By shifting your way of being and discovering how you identify with yourself and with the world, doors may open that you never expected.
